I'm experienced in just about every type of transaction, from every price point sub 100K to multi-million dollar, residential, condos, land development for home builders, buyers, sellers, acreage, farm/ranch etc. you name it. I've helped get my clients to the finish line in just about every type of situation, from divorces, heirships, estate sales, foreclosures, real estate flips. I have a knack for getting through difficult obstacles. Not every transaction is easy.
As a buyer's agent, I do extreme due diligence to make sure the home is a great fit for what you need and what you want. I will never pressure you to buy. If it takes showing you a 1000 homes for you to be comfortable in making your decision, that's what it takes. If it only takes 1, hey I'm happy if you're happy. And I will always make time to answer questions. If this is your 1st or 50th home, I will still take time guide you through the process from contract to close.
As a selling agent, I don't have this huge team or flashy bells and whistles. I am a "hands on" dedicated realtor that will put the time in to actually sell your home. I host more than 90% of my own listings' open houses, so you know I'm selling your home and not myself. I don't just sign a listing agreement and then you're passed on to 2 assistants and 3 fellow realtors. When we're under contract, I will know every aspect of the transaction so if an obstacle arises, I'm already aware and finding a solution. If you want a big team, I'm not your guy. If you want to know the realtor you hired to do the job is the person you'll be talking to during the entire transaction, that's me, I'm your guy. Thank you for your consideration.
